day 1 - Video Follow-Along
/Welcome to the first day of the Winter Shutdown Challenge! We’ll have daily challenges for you to complete while the club is closed down.
For your first daily challenge, you need to choose any one video from the Member Resources page, and follow along with it. You don’t need to be perfect, just give it a try! There are a lot of options there to look through: all of this winter’s morning sessions with Hunter are posted, as are morning sessions from last winter (those are about 45 minutes long); there are four Mobility with Hunter videos (15 to 25 minutes long); there are some yoga videos if you follow the Staying Engaged link; the 4’ Mobility video just needs a band and a wall (and is only 4 minutes long); and there are several mobility video options demonstrating different skills, movements, challenges, etc.
Make sure you give yourself a star on the tracking sheet once you’ve completed the challenge (see the link that was emailed out).
